根据该金矿石的性质和特点,进行了较为系统的浮选工艺参数优化试验研究,初步得出以下结论:
1、该矿石中的金属矿物主要以黄铁矿为主,黄铁矿是金的主要载体矿物。矿石中金矿物主要以自然金、银金矿以及少量的金银矿的形式存在。脉石矿物以绿泥石为主,其次有石英、长石、方解石、白云石及云母等。黄铁矿粒度较细,与脉石矿物嵌布关系较为复杂。
2、根据矿石性质,经过大量的探索试验、详细的条件试验,最终采用一段磨矿(70%-200目),一次粗选、一次扫选、两次精选的浮选工艺流程。所得金精矿品位为50.99g/t,金回收率为97.25%。试验获得了满意的指标。
3、浮选试验所用的调整剂T3和新型捕收起泡剂A3均为西北矿冶研究院最新研制的浮选药剂,其中A3是一种酯类药剂,对硫化矿物有较强的捕收性能,且选择性较好。这两种新药剂能有效的提高金精矿的品位和金的回收率。
